By placing an order with M & M Stairs you have agreed to the terms and conditions stated below.

The customer is responsible for checking that the correct information is provided to M & M Stairs on all components requested contain and the customer is responsible for checking that components ordered are the correct components as per the customer’s requirements.

We sell items by description only. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the order, all goods are sold by description and not by photo-sample, even if photos are provided.

Every effort shall be made by M & M Stairs to dispatch all the goods in good condition and on time. Any time or date for delivery given by the Company is given in good faith but is an estimate only. Payments made by the Buyer to the Company shall be applied by the Company to Invoices, and to Goods listed in Invoices, in such order or manner as the Company shall at its entire discretion think fit.

The Company shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil any of its obligations under the Order nor be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Buyer or any third party by reason of any delay in delivery of the Goods or any part thereof caused directly or indirectly by any act of God, war, government or parliamentary restriction, import or export regulation, strike, lockout, trade union dispute, fire, theft, flooding, breakdown of plant or premises, failure of computer system or supplies or by virtue of transportation problems or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of the Company.

Issues should be notified to us within 3 days from date of delivery to customers. All items will be inspected where issues are raised with us; customer-damaged goods will not be refunded. If you order the incorrect components or provide incorrect dimensions we may not be held liable.
