When Michael Mealiff founded M&M Stairs, he wanted to grow the company through building a solid reputation for high quality craftsmanship, delivered to specification in a timely manner. More than just an ambition, Michael focused on this as a driving policy to guide the company’s work ethic, believing that the work would speak for itself through our customers and success would follow as deserved.

That policy has rewarded M&M Stairs with survival and growth, even when the construction and renovation sector as a whole was badly hit by recession. M&M Stairs continues to grow today, driven by those same values, chasing perfection instead of success.
